Our Company M.P Vora was founded in the early 80’s as a proprietary concern in equity broking. It was registered with Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. under the trade name of M/s. M.P Vora, who is a dominant share holder of the company. In 1998 M/s. M. P. Vora , a proprietary concern was converted to M/s. M.P Vora Shares & Securities Pvt Limited.

Since our inception, our specialization have been lying in providing brokerage services in the cash and derivative segments to various customers from small, medium, large and high Net worth individuals, corporate and financial institutions . In 2009 company acquired Membership of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd for Capital Market and Derivatives Segment. In 2010 company also became member-broker of the MCX-SX platform which offers Currency Trading services.
